WCP uses a cellphone based dispatch system to make reporting issues/ concerns and passing along the information smooth and efficient.
By utilizing a cellphone tenants, residents, and staff are able to call and then text the information needed by WCP Dispatchers. The texting also allows the Reporting Person to send photos and/ or short videos to WCP Dispatch. That information provided by the Reporting Person can now be relayed from WCP Dispatch to the WCP Private Agent(s) through our mobile radios and forward off the information via cellphone to give the WCP Private Agent(s) the opportunity to reference the information at anytime through the text message which allows our Dispatchers to be focused and available for additional Response Calls.
