Randomized vehicle and foot patrols of the property by a fully uniformed wine country patrol officer driving a WCP vehicle with green and amber lights for identification when necessary or during emergency situations.
Protect the employing party's assets (property, people, equipment, money, etc.) from a variety of hazards (such as crime, waste, damages, unsafe tenant / resident / staff behavior, etc.) by enforcing preventative measures.
Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter and stop illegal inappropriate actions, looking for signs of crime, other hazards, taking action to minimize, prevent or stop damage, and reporting any incidents to our clients and emergency services, as appropriate.
Create a foundation of trust within the community or business with the client and tenants to better utilize our patrol service to help get and keep the area safe, comfortable, and appealing to the owner(s), general public, current tenants & staff, and potential tenants & staff.
During the contracted patrol hours Response Calls are included at WCP. Response Calls allow the tenants and staff to access WCP Officer's through Dispatch at a moments notice.
WCP Reports are sent via email every morning from the prior shift. The Reports are color coded to identify low, medium, & high priority situations.
