Patrol Agents are assigned to specific zones that balances workload allowing quick responses to calls from dispatch and proactive patrols with community engagement.

Wine Country Patrol creates zones (patrol areas) within every city balancing workload based on the amount of contracted patrols for each property, call volume, and response time to ensure fair distribution for Patrol Agents while also considering each properties needs factoring in the type of properties contracted, the specific security & safety goals for those properties, quick response times, and effective patrols.

Protect the employing party's assets (property, people, equipment, money, etc.) from a variety of hazards (such as crime, waste, damages, unsafe tenant / resident / staff behavior, etc.) by enforcing preventative measures.
Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter and stop illegal inappropriate actions, looking for signs of crime, other hazards, taking action to minimize, prevent or stop damage, and reporting any incidents to our clients and emergency services, as appropriate.
Create a foundation of trust within the community or business with the client and tenants. To get and keep the area safe, comfortable, and appealing to the owner(s), general public, current tenants & staff including potential tenants & staff.

During the contracted patrol hours Response Calls are included at WCP. Response Calls allow the tenants and staff to access WCP Private Agents through Dispatch at a moments notice.

WCP Reports are sent via email every morning from the prior shift. The Reports are color coded to identify low, medium, & high priority situations.
